Refund & Return Policy

Returns or replacement requests are only accepted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be completely unused, unaltered, and kept in its original security-sealed packaging.

Because hair extensions and styling accessories are hygiene-sensitive, you must provide a clear unboxing video of the parcel. This video serves as proof of receiving a wrong, damaged, or defective product to initiate a return or replacement.

In case of verified incorrect or defective shipments, the customer must courier the product back to our designated address at their own initial expense. Once the return is received, inspected, and verified, we will dispatch the correct replacement and fully compensate or adjust your return courier costs.
